God has been good to us in 2024. We have all experienced many blessings through out the year. Some of us experienced healing, we saw souls getting saved, promotions and raises in our workplaces, opened opportunities in business, calling, and many more. As everyone had their breakthrough, we are ending 2024 with so much gratitude and ready to enter the year 2025 with Great Expectation.
God is taking us as His body to the next dimension as we enter the new year. I believe this year is a continuation of last year but on another level . All the seeds that have been planted are growing: seeds of prayer, seeds of the Word of God, seeds of evangelism, seeds of worship, seeds friendship…
“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11 NKJV)
The Word will not come back to Him in vain it will do the will of God. As we rest in His promise, it will manifest powerfully in our life. You will see something unusual happen as it is written:
“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9 NKJV)
Expect Great Things.

21 DAYS OF PRAYER & FASTING
Introduction
What is 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting?
“In those days, I, Daniel, was mourning three full weeks. I ate no pleasantfood, no meat or wine came into my mouth, nor did I anoint myself at all,”
As a spiritual discipline, we use fasting as a means to humble ourselves seek Him. As we rest our body from the food that it craves, we give spiritual food to our spirit and mind.
21 Days of Prayer and Fasting is a spiritual discipline by abstaining from eating at certain times and/or abstaining from consuming certain foods for 21 days. From January 1st 10 pm January 22nd 6 pm.
For every child of God, fasting is a lifestyle and the question is not “do I have to fast?” but “when should I fast”?
The Purpose of 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting
To obtain knowledge, understanding and wisdom, along with new dreams and visions, to live the year ahead (Daniel 1:17);
To dedicate everything we do in the year 2025 unto Him alone;
To discipline our flesh.
Fasting Guideline
Abstaining from eating at certain times. For those who have previously fasted, it is recommended to skip two meals. The fasting period is from 10pm every night until 6pm the next day. So you have a 4-hour eating window every day, i.e. from 6pm to 10pm every day;
For those who have just started fasting, it is recommended to just skip one meal you usually have. You can choose to skip either breakfast, lunch or dinner only.
Abstaining from consuming certain foods Avoid consumption of certain meats (e.g. pork, fish, chicken, etc) or others foods that you consume on daily (e.g. chocolate, coffee, tea, bread, etc) for 21 days.
You may do both types of fasting or choose only one, depending on your commitment and personal ability.
We will have a daily devotion time every morning on zoom for 30 min. Monday to Friday at 5a.m. and Wednesday and Friday evenings at 7pm
Schedule your personal time for prayer and Bible study. Don’t let anything rob you of these times.
On days you will not working, dedicate whole days to spend time with God.
Reduce the time we spend on gadget or social media. Set aside routing time to have devotional time with God. Worship Him, read 21 days Prayer and Fasting devotional on this blog and meditate upon His word;
Attend corporate prayer on zoom. Always maintain a clean and compassionate heart. Remember that this prayer and fasting period is not simply a matter of not eating or drinking, but rather giving ourselves to spend more time with God. As we withdraw from our fleshly desires, we draw closer to God. When we focus on God, we will discover that God has been waiting to show us great and wonderful things beyond what we could ever ask or think of (Isaiah 30:18).
